I have had had and used Norton 360 (V5) without problem for some time. Now, suddenly, Microsoft Outlook has decided that the Norton anti spam plug in is causing it problems and I have had to disable it to get Outlook to work. Outlook suggests I get an updated version of the add in.
The offending add in is MsouPlug.dll.
Is there a solution to this or do I need and update?

Welcome Dave,
What SP are you running on your OS? And which version of Outlook?
If by SP if you mean Service Provider it is Sky.com. OS is Windows 7 and Outlook is 2007 (part of Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007). It all worked fine with Norton 360 (V5) your ages, only yesterday did Outlook decide it did not like it. I haven't made any changes or installed any new updates to Norton or Outlook. The only changes are the Windows updates that are automatically downloaded and installed when I shut down. The most recent one of those was last week and I have used Outlook many times since then.
