I've just recently had a problem crop up again where if I have the client integration turned on for Outlook 2010 in Norton AntiSpam that I get a "Not enough free memory to run this program" message. If I turn the client integration off for Outlook 2010 in Norton AntiSpam I don't have any problems. I've been through a lot of posts for problems like this and tried some of the suggested solutions and no luck. I am wondering if a recent update to Norton AntiSpam might be causing the problem since it just started happening I think in the last week or so. Anyone got any ideas? This has been a problem for quite a long time with Norton AntiSpam and Outlook 2010. Thanks..
What is your operating system and service pack?
What version of Norton 360 are you using? Click on Support - About from the main 360 screen.
How much ram do you have on your system?
You say "I've just recently had a problem crop up again". If you had this before, what did you do to fix it?
Windows 7 SP1
Norton 360 21.1.0.18
8 GB of RAM on the system
It's been a while since I've seen this problem but I think someone from Norton at that time had me create a new Outlook 2010 profile and I've been using that profile ever since.
As I do not use Outlook, I will leave this post for others that have experience with it.
You could run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.
Also Try clicking on Support - Get Support to run Autofix to check your Norton installation and fix what it finds.
