I have been following the ever growing numbers of user messages about the bizzare case of the dissapearing Anit-Spam button in Outlook & Outlook Express as I am affected by this problem too! (Outlook Express in my case).
One thing which is painfully evident in all cases is that the anti-spam button is there one minute and gone the next. Most users have tried the apparent quick fix of disabling the client intergration and then re-enabling it but again this has failed to work as a permanent fix! I've tried this several times myself to no avail.
In order to assist Norton and to perhaps highlight the true numbers of people affected with this annoying problem which incidently some of us have waited almost five months for a fix, I would urge you all to please leave a reply below. You do not need to make comments, just leave your user names and tell me which email program/programs are affected on your machine.
Hopefully if I can gather enough names, Norton might actually take notice for once, hopefully! (all fingers crossed)!!
