I've seen several posts on this but no resolve.
NIS 2010 .... Windows 7 ... Outlook 2007. When I select a message and hit the " this is spam" button, Outlook crashes. I've disabled and enabled the plug in as was suggested in a post and I've deleted the Norton Anti Spam Folder.
It has nothing to do with any specific e-mail account. Regardless of the source, it crashes. This is a new issue. When I first installed Outlook a month ago it worked. I can confirm this because I have "Blocked Senders"
I'd appreciate any suggestions as to what next steps might work.
