I have Outlook 2013 and Norton 360. I get a lot of spam and normally the Norton anti spam goes straight in to my Junk email folder. Today all of the sudden everything, including emails marked Norton anti spam, is going in to my Inbox. It's driving me crazy! Why did this happen and what can I do to make the spam go to the Junk folder like it used to?
