Of course it might be nice if some additional email clients were supported.
However since they aren't there is currently no way to correct the flagging for those clients to mark good email that was marked as spam or spam that was marked as good email. If a separate agent existed to mark such emails, the email would slowly be marked correctly. Also the feedback sent to Norton, which I hope is used in part to correct how you flag SPAM, would be improved.
