Norton Anti-spam not blocking any Spam emails

Hello community,

Norton Anti Spam is not filtering spam emails.

If I mark them as spam they will get moved to the spam folder but that's all it does, new emails from same senders just keep coming and sitting in the inbox.

I use Microsoft Outlook 2016 Version 1703 build 7967.2139.

Norton 360 22.9.1.12

I already tried to remove/reinstall and turn on/off client integration...

Suggestions that makes sense would be greatly appreciated.
