Hi
I noticed a strange thing today with my Samsung Galaxy S 2 and the default Android Browser.
I have installed the retail version of NMS and the Android Market Norton Anti-theft plugin app, which is all fine but if i close the browser and open the default Samsung Task Manager, i will find that there is 1 active application being the Internet (Android Browser).
If i Exit (End) the active application being the Internet (Android Browser) in the Task Manager i get a message in the Notification bar from Norton stating- Norton Anti-theft has been disabled.
So now i am left confused as Anti-theft i would have thought has nothing to do with the browser. If it said Web Protection had been disabled i would probably understand.
So i went into settings for NMS and everything is fine all my settings are the same nothing out of place, i also checked the Anti-theft Plugin and everything seemed ok as well.
So i opened the browser again and loaded the home page then tapped back to close or tap home key, then navigate to Samsung Task Manager again and Internet shows as 1 active application as it should. If i Tap End Application the application ends and again i get the (Norton Anti-theft has been disabled) message in the notification bar.
So now i am not sure if it suppose to show this message if so it is a little bit confusing in what it says is disabled.
Anyone with any ideas on this.?????????
Cheers
