I have Norton Anti Virus and use Windows XP.
I have iTunes 10, but when I try to connect to the iTunes store I get the message:
iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. The network connection timed out.
Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again.
My computer will also not allow me to access the Apple website!!
After doing lots of reading on the net, I think it is my Norton. How can I connect to the iTunes store?
