Norton Anti Virus for Mac Sign in Error

When the "Sign In" link is selected in Norton AntiVirus for Mac at the top right of the main window:

The following error is generated.

 

So I can't register my new install.... I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

HELP needed.
