I had a 30 day free trial of Norton when I purchased new laptop. I purchased the full version of Norton on August 15, 2011, now when I start my pc it states my virus protection has expired and the little yellow icon on the bottom of my pc has a red check mark on it. I looked up my order and have a confirmation number. I have tried to down load the full version, after it runs for about 20 minutes or so I get a pop up that states no response from server.
HELP!!!
