If you are like me who have been using MS Outlook for years and years, as well as Norton Antispam protection, you will get quite worried when on a re-installation of MS Outlook, that the Antispam folder seems to have vanished into thin air.
Norton antispam will then place all spam into the Junk folder that MS outlook automatically creates.
If a Antispam folder is present, then spam is placed into that folder. If you import into Outlook a backup that has a Antispam folder in it, the spam then goes back into that folder.
Read all about it by clicking on the Help icon and selecting the "Product Manual" icon. Search for "About Norton Antispam" to read all about it.
Yes I know reading the manual is a very unpopular past time, but it does help to do so first before asking questions !
