We are working on fixing both "using a single Junk Folder for all accounts" and "all buttons disabled" problems. They will be fixed in one of the future patches.

While we are working on fixing the problems, there is a work around for the "all buttons disabled" problem as Scaladar noticed earlier. For all supported versions of Outlook the problem will be gone if you set as a default a data file used for one of the actively used POP accounts. Here  is a brief instruction on how to do that:

1) Go to Control Panel | Mail | E-mail Accounts ...

2) In the E-mail tab find out what data file is used for one of the POP accounts you actively use
   a) Select one of the POP accounts you actively use in the list;
   b) On the bottom of the page read bellow the "Selected e-mail account delivers new e-mail messages to the following location:" <some folder> in data file <some file>.pst
   c) You will need this <some file>.pst file in the next step.

3) In the "Data Files" tab, select <some file>.pst file from the previous step and click "Set as Default" button.

4) If Outlook was opened at the time, please close it and open again.

Remember that buttons "Contacts", "Calendar", "Tasks" and "Notes" in your Navigation Pane (usually on the left) will be opening the respected folders from the default file. You may want to customize your navigation pane to show items from the different data file or just move the items to the file you are going to select as default. Specific options and how you do that depends on the version of Outlook you are using.

Thank you for your help,
