Hello,
After recently installing Suitcase Fusion 6 ( 30-day Trial) I noticed that my Norton Antispam toolbar/Add-in was missing from Outlook 2013. In Outlook, under Add-ins it says that a runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in. It had been working fine before. To get the Norton Antispam Add-in working again I need to do one of the following:
- Uninstall Suitcase Fusion 6, run Outlook offline, go to File > Add-ins > re-activate Norton Add-in, connect to the internet or
- End the following task in the Task Manager: Extensis Font Management Core (32-bit) and follow the same steps as above with Outlook or
- Delay the start up of the Extensis Font Management Core (32-bit) process and quickly follow the Outlook steps.
After reboot the Norton Antispam Add-in is missing again. I have tried searching the internet and this forum and could not find anything on the matter. The Suitcase Fusion customer support desk stated that this was a first for them. They are unable to test with Norton 360. Any suggestion on how to make Norton and Suitcase get along?
