Norton Antispam toolbar missing in Outlook 2013

Hello,

Tried posting about this issue I'm having with the Norton Antispam toolbar before, but can't find it anywhere...so 3rd time lucky? So sorry if this post shows up more than once.

Recently I have installed Suitcase fusion 6 (30-day trial) and I noticed my toolbar missing from Outlook 2013. Outlook 2013 show that the Add-in in not loaded due to a runtime error occurring during the loading of the COM Add-in. The only way I get it back is when I:

  1. Uninstall Suitcase Fusion and add the Norton Add-in manually in Outlook 2013 or
  2. Stop the Suitcase Fusion process called: Extensis Font Management Core 32-bit and add the Norton Add-in manually in Outlook 2013 or
  3. Delay the start up of Extensis Font Management Core 32-bit, add the Add-in manually in Outlook 2013 and end up with 2 processes called Extensis Font Management Core 32-bit in the Task Manager.

After reboot it starts all over again. So far option 2 is the best (and easiest) work-around. But when I forget to turn off my internet connection before activating the Norton Antispam Add-in...all previously marked spam ends up in my inbox. Searched the internet and this forum for a solution, nada. Contacted Suitcase Fusion customer support, it's a first for them too. They can't duplicate the process with Norton 360. So is there a way to get Suitcase and Norton Antispam to work side-by-side?

Suitcase Fusion 6 (32-bit) Version 17.2.0.635883
Microsoft Outlook 2013 (32-bit) Version 15.0.4745.1000
Norton 360 (32-bit) Version 22.5.2.15
Windows 8.1 Pro (64-bit) Version 6.3.9600

Thank you in advance for your efforts.

Kind regards, Tink
