A legitimate email got classifed by NIS as spam: the header had the [Norton AntiSpam Watch] in the header. How can I "train" NIS to treat this particular sender as legitimate?
I read the Help and it was of no help. In fact, it said that under AntiSpam, there is a "Feedback" line where I can sent a message to Symantec to inform them this particular sender is legit. But there is no "Feedback" line anywhere in that section.
