Norton Antitrack Install Fails on Workstation & Laptop, both Windows 11 Pro (Latest Version), Norton Completely Unresponsive

I have Utilities Ultimate, 360 w/Lifelock, Driver Update, and Privacy Monitor Assistant on two computers. Both are Windows 11 Pro, and all software (Norton and Windows) are completely and successfully updated.

During install both computers reboot and 360 shows only the initial install dialogue.

I’ve tried contacting Norton through multiple channels (including the “Send Feedback” button in 360) but they have remained completely unresponsive on the matter.

I see there are other folks describing AntiTrack install and/or operation problems along with a lack of responsiveness by Norton, so I’m just adding this as a “vote.” Have disabled my autorenew.

What is the build and version of Windows? Have you ran Driver Updater on either of these machines since install? Does either computer have an ARM CPU?

Hi @5c0563292b3a7 ,

I suggest you uninstall all versions of Norton Anti-track from both of your devices and you download the latest version from your MyNorton account.

This should likely resolve your issue.

Please keep us updated.
Thanks.

Cheers.

Thank you much! Windows 11 Pro, Version 25H2, OS build is 26.200.7840. I have run Driver Updater on both machines. I’m unfamiliar with ARM, but the workstation is a i9-9900K and the laptop is an i9-9880H. Apologies for my ignorance on the CPU Architecture…

Thank you! I did indeed check for any presence of AntiTrack in my “Programs and Features” section of my Control Panel but it’s absent. I also did try to install via the downloaded Norton_AntiTrack_Installer.exe, and experienced the apparently same failure. I did not disable any Norton security during these attempts, thinking that these sibling applications surely wouldn’t collide with each other.

Thank you for your response !

So I invite you to contact support by chat from the following page: Contact Norton™Support - Norton Phone Number, and Chat Support

A technician will be able to have an in-depth analysis of your situation and allow you to resolve your difficulty.

Cheers
