If it is couple of days you could try this
- download and install v2008 ( after you uninstalled v2006 offcourse )
- probably the pop up will appear again
- My guess is that this way it will work
Thanks! After waiting 3-1/2 hours in the chat cue last night, I finally got a technician on that did exactly that for me and installed 2008 for me. I was initially impressed with the support....
Now, however, all my setup for IE, including access to my Google Toolbar is being blocked and I can't figure out how to unblock it. Also, where did all of my setup preferences for IE go??? My homepage is gone, all of my saved passwords are gone, nothing is how it was before.
Also, under NAV 2008, NONE of the help and support features are working--the all just error out when I try to use them to solve these problems.
I am EXTREMELY frustrated with Norton right now and am very close to simply uninstalling everything. How do I get the support I need to get this product working properly and get it to release my programs so I can get some work done????

Sorry for the inconvience these issues have caused you. In order to help diagnose the problems, can you please help provide the following:
1) Which operating system and service pack are you using?
2) Which version of Internet Explorer are you using?
3) Can you explain what you mean by "... access to my Google Toolbar is being blocked..."? What do you see that prevents you from
getting to your Google Toolbar? If the toolbar "disappeared", you can get it back by going to Tools -> Toolbars, then make sure the toolbar you're looking for is checked. Once it's checked, if you still don't see it, make sure to move the toolbar into view by dragging it to your preferred area. (you'll have to "unlock" the toolbar to drag)
4) The Help & Support issues, can you provide the errors you are seeing? A screenshot would help a lot as well.
