I am not sure where to begin, so I will start by stating that I did try searching in the forum before posting this subject query.
I am using Outlook from Office 2003 with Internet Explorer 7 under Windows XP SP3.
I have Norton Internet Security 2006(NIS 2006) with Norton Antivirus version 12.8.04(NAS).
I have just recently started getting an error stating: Norton Antivirus 2006 was unable to scan your email message for infections; Error 1015,1.
The above error occurs for each email received by a non-admin user account login; and the error occurs when sending from same type of login.
However when checking under Admin email the error does not appear at either incoming or outgoing email.
I have noticed that upon each system startup , I open the NIS 2006 to find Autoprotect is turned off.
I have done a full system scan with NAS and found no viruses.
I also have Spybot and Destroy version 1.6.2.46 with no problems found.
I am not knowing what is my best approach in pursuing this dilemma.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
