I purchased NAV2008 3-Users. I installed it on 3 seperate computers all running XP PRO SP3 with all the MS updates current. A couple months ago LiveUpdate pushed NAV09EN to the three computers. It successfully installed on 2 of the 3 computers. Right now the 2 computers are running perfectly, but the 3rd one will not install the update. I uninstalled NAV2008 from this computer and reinstalled NAV2008. LiveUpdate then pushed NAV09EN again and I got the same result. I get an error box that wants to send Microsoft an Error Report. Here is the Error "Norton AntiVirus has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Also if I click on error detail this is what is in the brief detail. How do I fix this problem?
