Norton AntiVirus 2008, wont scan outgoing mail

Sometimes a reboot is helping.

hi chris8105 - your problem description is somewhat confusing. if rebooting did not help/resolve the problem, can you walk us through exactly the steps you're taking, thr responses and the exact text of any errors?
