So this may have come up earlier when first released but i haven't looked through past logs but anyways....
Comp Detail
- Windows XP SP2 (i think)
- Zone Alarm, Spybot, C Cleaner (All of which aren't turned on during install process)
- Was running AntiVirus 2008
Months back my mother tried to install Norton AntiVirus 2009 when offered to update online, so she installed it and then our whole comp crashed. After it installed it restarted got as far as opening a user, then everything froze. The comp was still running but nothing worked. It would even let us boot in safe mode. So we trie again in regualr startup, quicky disabled the exe needed to run the program and uninstalled it. Then reinstalled 2008, we were all happy... then the license ran out.
So here I am now writing after this happened all over again. Everything basicly happened the same way except i can't go back to 2008 anymore. Please make it work.
