My NAV 2010 expired mid-December so I purchased and installed NAV 2011 via CD. Ever since I've been getting alerts of high CPU usage and my system has slowed to a crawl and often simply stops for a full minute or two. Mostly the slow down/stop happens when IE9 or Firefox is in use but MS Office applications are also loading very slowly and sometimes don't open at all. I've scanned my netbook for viruses, malware, spyware and came up empty. I've run system maintenance, no change. Under the Settings, Miscellaneous, Peformance Monitoring, configure it lists three files that have been creating the problem: firefox\plug-in-container.exe, ccsrvhst.exe and explorer.exe. Is there a fix or do I have to change antivirus software?
System specs: Win7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1, Intel Atom N455, 32 bit OS, 2 gig RAM (it is a netbook), IE9 and current Firefox browsers.
Thanks for your help.
