i installed 2011 back in oct 2010 when it was first released. has been working fine all this time until today when i tried to to a complete computer scan. when i selected scan nothing happens. i tried doing a quick scan but around 6300 files scanned.nothing else happens. i let it run for the pas 2 hours but it has scanned no further files. now it will not close down. any ideas?
