I have a laptop with windows vista 32 bit OS and previously had AVG Antivirus software protecting my PC (what a mistake!). When I ran the software it told me I had multiple corrupted files due to a Trojan. I immediatly ran to the store where I picked up the latest Norton product. I totally removed the AVG software, through Norton and the Add/Remove programs feature, and installed my Norton. Sadly, once the install was finished, I could not open up the main hub of the software. I could right click on the tray icon and perform quick scans etc., but I want to do a full scan of my system. After reading some posts on here I reinstalled my software 3 times and no matter what I did it would not allow me to use the hub. After the install the hub flashes quickly before my eyes, then minimizes and I cannot get it back. I feel like this is a quick fix, at least I hope! If anyone could help me I would be so thankful!
