If you are installing Norton AntiVirus, the Windows firewall is actually quite good and is unlikely to clash with your AV.

I doubt there are any 3rd-party firewalls that are explicitly uncompatible with NAV, one of the most widely used AVs in the world.

From my experience with Norton Antivirus + Online Armor.
Despite the fact that Norton Antivirus was included in the exceptions Online Armor, Online Armor always wanted access to the processes of Norton antivirus.
And this is not good.
