Norton Antivirus blocks video streaming of pictures but can hear sound

Hi There

 

I recently renewed my norton antivirus software to version 19.9.1.14.

 

It is blocking adobe flash video streaming of pictures, however the sound is running.

 

Can anyone please offer any solutions?
