This would have to be one of the worst websites I have come across for finding how to actually alert Norton about a problem which is more a problem for Norton than me.
I have removed all the viruses that Norton has alerted me to but it wants me to remove my clean email inbox, even though "Detailed results" say "No items found" and lists no risk. No way I am doing this! I can turn this message off every time I boot up, but its clearly a bug, and I will have no hesitation in telling people so.
So why is it so hard to alert you to your problem? I will not be returning to Norton once my subscription runs out . Too many problems.
