Hi all. I have been using Norton Antivirus for the last 6 or 7 years with a few problems here and there (like most other software). About 5 or 6 monthe ago I started my Acer laptop up that has Windows Vista on it, and it went to the blue screen where all crashed Windows computers go. I thought nohing of it and restarted it, and it crashed again. long story short, I had just updated my antivirus and the first thing I did was to start the computer up in safe mode and it started right up. I removed all the Norton programs and restarted the computer the regular way and it went fine.
Then reinstalled Norton Antivirus, and as soon as it was installed it crashed again. I went and got a free antivirus program so I would be protected while this issue was fixed if more people were having it. Well I have waited and it seems no one else is having the same problem as me. Please help me get it going again I miss my Norton.
