Norton Antivirus detected Trojan.Zeroaccess!inf4 in c:\windows\system32\services.exe

Anyone know how I can remove this problem?  Norton reports that c:\windows\system32\services.exe needs to be removed.  the norton tools like Norton Power Eraser don't remove it.  I'm aware that Service.exe is a Microsoft OS file, but it appears it can be compromised or replaced with malware.  Norton says I have "Trojan.Zeroaccess!inf4" .  My system is Windows 7 Home Premium.

Based on similar questions in this forum, it looks like the fix is quite complicated.

Please help if you know more about how I can fix this.  In the meantime, are all my passwords and data being stolen?
