Norton Antivirus : "High-Usage Alert" function doesn't work on Windows 10

Dear Norton Team

I like High-Usage Alert function very much. But after I upgrade my OS from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. High-Usage Alert doesn't alert on Windows 10.

Remark : It alert normally on my Windows 8.1(before upgrade)
