Norton AntiVirus Plus Purchasing Issue

Sorry to inform you, I am experiencing worst online purchasing service, I have tried to buy your product Norton Antivirus Plus for 1 year of subscription, payment has been deducted from my account but no confirmation received of my payment, I thought it will take and I kept on checking my account in My Norton and my email, unfortunately no confirmation received.

Kindly refund my money, and please take care of these technical fault, look like scamming service and harassing people.

Currently some back end issues with Norton subscriptions. If you want a refund, you will need to persevere with trying to contact Norton Support. There is nothing that can be done from these forums.
