I renewed my Norton Antivirus subscription on Nov 10th after it expired. It was expired two days before I renewed. I received a confirmation and an order number. However I did not receive a new product key to activate. I have been unsuccessful in activating so I am still unprotected. Now, whenever I click on my account or on the renew button on my Norton window, all I get is a message to "buy now." Help. And Thanks. Kim
