hi, i have recently renewed my norton antivirus software and paid for the renewal, however since then (2 weeks ago) my computer is now saying that it was paid for but apparently using the wrong password? but i used the same password then and now to log in. upon my return to the account page i was able to get to a confirm page to confirm the order, is there a way to find my serial code it is asking for or will i have to cancel it and start again?
