Norton antivirus that doesn't understand what I want(

Hello. I'll start with the problem that your product creates for me.

This antivirus tries every time to remove the threat that I add to the exception (whitelist), but damn it, norton doesn't understand me. Still trying to remove the program that was added to the whitelist. It's terribly infuriating. I feel like I'm losing control of my computer if the program I installed doesn't do what I need. Why did I install this?! This is a simple function, why does this antivirus infuriate me so much?

I have experience using antivirus software kaspersky free, if I added a program to the whitelist (exception), then kaspersky does not touch this program anymore! kaspersky does not show me annoying messages that it has found a threat if this threat is added to the white list. this is stupid.

Also, I have questions about the interface of your program, it's just inconvenient!! Why are important settings hidden? Why such important functions as "quarantine" are so far away...

I used your product before, but then I was forced to start using kaspersky software... I decided to try using your product again, but I only get disappointed.

In general, your paid product performs worse than the free one kaspersky(( this is a bad experience.

Your 'white listing' (exceptions) need to be made in 2 places.

You need to exclude files/folders from Both items in the image below.
