Norton are the worst

Norton have the worst account/customer service.

Firstly they set your renewal to auto, and don't tell you about it. Then they fail to send you reminders about upcoming renewals, so you can decide if you want to continue or not, and then when they take your money without notice, they make it virtually impossible to contact them or talk to someone to get a refund.

How many millions of dollars are they extorting from unsuspecting people every year I wonder?

They are the worst!
