Norton asking me to activate when I'm already activated

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with this.

I started my pc up today to be told by Norton's programme that my 'trial version' has run out and needs to be activated.

I've been running a full version for years and never had a trial version.

I updated my license for another year through Norton last month which has been running fine until today.

Also when I click 'Activate now' I'm getting a Norton server error all the time.

Also my Norton account is saying I have no product keys left when I know I do.

My version is 22.5.0.124

Also Norton's is running fine on another family members PC using the same product key.
