Norton Autofix stalls on scan

I have the latest Norton 360 v22.5.4.24 on Window 7 Pro and have managed to stay clear of so-called 'black updates' (as far as I know).  This is an on-going intermittent problem, but has become persistent lately.  Sometimes (like just now when I tried it) it stalls completely.  If I wait long enough, the Autofix Scan stops itself.  I just tried it for the third time while writing this and it completed.  I am wondering if it's a connection/server problem.  I found this issue as I always use the Get Support link in Norton main panel's Help Center to get to the Community Forum.  My desktop clock in my System Tray appears to be fine.  Now I'm sure that it's either a connection problem, or a problem with Autofix.  Can anyone verify this or confirm the issue?  - Art
