I received a recent email in regards to an auto renewal for my Norton product. I've always been very happy with Norton but I was dumbfounded to find the exact same product being advertised on their website for half price!!!! Only after contacting Norton was I offered a "special" 50% discount for me only and in recognition of my longstanding custom - not so great Norton and you're just holding onto me as a customer......
Better not happen next year.......
