Wasn’t really sure where to put this as this isn’t exactly a problem with a Norton product. My Norton virus protection was updating itself, automatically taking money out my account to pay for it. But my old card expired and I got a new card in. (I live in Britain by the way). So I tried to change my card details on my account and it keeps saying underneath “credit card type” , “Cannot authorize credit card”. Thing is, I don’t have a creadit card. I’m not a home owner. Im a student living at home (the virus protection is for my own laptop). All I have is a debit card. I’ve never borrowed money in my life and I know you have to use credit cards at least once a month and the whole idea is that it’s borrowed money that you have to pay back with your debit card. So how am I suppoed to pay for my virus protection to be renewed or how do I get in touch with Norton to rectify this? There doesn’t seem to be much information on getting in touch with them either.
