Norton autoprotect detects w32.ircbot but can't find it anywhere.

My computer is normally on all the time so I just got this message a couple of days ago.  After restarting my computer I got a message from autoprotect saying w32.ircbot detected.  I checked all the logs under the history link from the main screen of NIS 2009, but could not find any reference to the worm.  I ran a quick scan and then a full scan with Norton and both times all that was found was tracking cookies.  I then tried Adaware full scan with everything checked and it came up clean except for a couple of cookies that Norton missed.  I tried Spybot search and destroy, and malware bytes and both came up empty.  I then rebooted in safe mode and tried all the programs again and still no trace of this worm.  I then tried regedit and manually searched for the registry key listed on the Symantec page for w32.ircbot but it wasn't found.

I am now thinking that this is a false detection since I can't find any trace of this worm.  The autoprotect message comes up only at the end of start up so I looked at all the start up programs but nothing jumps out as being out of place.

Does anyone know of a log I missed or someplace I could look to find out what autoprotect might be sensing as this worm?
