Norton AV wants to renew subscribtion 45 days early!

My wifes computer I have install the 2012 Norton Anti-Virus on August 30th of 2012. Now its telling us to renew in 4 days (45 Days early) and I think there is something wrong. That isn't a full year. Can anyone tell me why its doing this to us?

Two things I suggest;

 

  1. Open NAV and click Support > Subscription Status.  This will sync NAV with the Norton servers.
  2. Contact Customer Support.  Live Chat is often the quickest way.  www.norton.com/chat
