Anyone experienced this problem? I use Norton Security (NOT Norton Security with Backup). Now a "Norton Backup Drive" appeared in "My PC" after Windows 10 upgrade. I can't open it or do anything with it. And I have not find a way to remove it.
I tried full scan, power eraser, remove and reinstall, repair and reinstall, even reinstall Windows 8.1 again to let it upgrade to Windows 10. None of my attempt was able to get rid of this mysterious "Norton Backup Drive". Interesting thing is I have two other computers, both upgraded to Windows 10 and running Norton Security; have no issue.
