Norton Backup Free Trial expiration warning

I keep getting a popup that warns the Norton Backup free trial has expired.  However, I have purchased and registered Norton Backup.  Is there a way of stopping the backup without uninstalling Norton Backup?

Yes, I did register and when I loaded the key, it worked fine.

 

Now I have another problem.  I bought a new computer, reloaded Norton Online Backup, reloaded the key.  However, it will not run a backup.  I keep getting a "Backup Failed (W2)" with no other alarm.  I can't find any information about the W2 failure code, and nothing in the FAQs.
