Norton Backup has stopped auto-running

Hi, can any one help.

 

We have been using Norton backup successfully for several months without any problems.  All of a sudden it appear to have stopped running automatically on its daily schedule.  The settings still appear to be correct.  I changed from 'auto' to daily fixed time and that doesn't work either.

 

It back up fine if a force a run.

 

Any ideas please?

Is it working now?  I had the same problem starting on June 1 and it magically disappeared on July 1.  Somebody else posting on my thread (see in this forum) also had the same problem and it also fixed itself.  So far no-one from Symantec has dropped by the threads to offer any idea as to what happened, how it was repaired and if it will occur again.
