I have recently ran a backup with Norton 360 Version 3.0 onto a DVD, which is supposed to install the Norton Portable Restore Utlilty onto the disk that allows the files to be restored on any computer, even one without Norton 360 installed. However, when I tried to restore the files onto another computer, the interface pops, but also a Window - No Disk error message. it says "Exception processing message c0000013 parameters". Why does this message appear, even when the DVD is in the drive?
Note: I burned the DVD on a computer running Windows Vista Home Premium and am trying to open it on a computer with Windows XP Home.

I am pretty sure that my disk drive is a DVD drive, so it should be able to read the DVD.I tried restoring fromanother computer, but I still get the error. I also tried to burn the contents via Norton 360 onto another DVD, but the message still appeared.
Please also note that this message only appears on Windows XP computers. It opened without any error in Windows Vista.
