Norton backup missing most files and has old versions

My hard drive crashed. Norton backed up that day. The restore backup has many missing files and file versions that are missing 2025 and 2026 data they go back to 2024 versions. Might there be a slightly older backup somewhere that isn’t corrupted?

Cloud backups or Local backups?
And you looked via Cloud Backup Portal https://my.norton.com/extspa/backup
Did you recover from the drive “crash” and are now calling Restore from within Norton 360 client?
