Norton Backup not Reporting accurate amount of Storage left

PLEASE HELP!  I have gotten absolutely no where with the live chat.

I have an account with 25GB of storgage I have 5 computers being backed up with the following amounts of data:

6.79GB

86.16MB

509.32MB

7.09GB
561.65MB

I keep getting a message stating "Available storage is critically low. You are down to only 3% of available space and may have trouble completing a backup. You can easily add more storage to your account and ensure you have enough room to back up your files."

This is obviously not accurate.  I am only using about 16GB of data.

One of those PC's was reformatted a year ago due to virus and then Norton Backup was reinstalled.  Is it possible that it is still being reported on your end as a device, even though it is not showing up on my list of computers?
