I have been using Norton Backup on my home PC's but recently added a MAC. I downloaded the MAC software, installed it, and have added my MAC to the list in my account. However, I can't seem to get anything further than that to work. I have changed the settings to just Contacts which should be small, but software just sits at "Storage Calculation in Progress" for hours, and Details just says "Scanning". If I cancel that and try to do a backup, I get "Awaiting Agent Backup" for hours. Numerous times I have received a 500 error message from the Norton webpage that something went wrong. I have restarted the MAC twice. I wanted to uninstall and reinstall, but could not find a Norton folder under Libraries. I went through the install process again anyway.
I don't know what else to try, but nothing seems to work from the MAC side.
