Norton Backup Status Overlay Icons not showing in Windows Explorer

Something happened that caused the Norton Backup Status Overlay icons to no longer be visible in my Windows Explorer. Norton technical staff were trying to help to resolve this problem. But I cannot get in touch with them now.

Has anyone else had this problem and is there a solution? Thanks

Click on Settings on the left of 360 interface, then click on the General Tab. Then be sure the setting for Show backup status icons in File Explorer is turned on.
